1. We accept return and refund requests only if the product delivered by us is in damaged condition, wrong product sent, product in dead condition or product is defective. We can’t accept returns if you don’t like the product how it looks or size issue or better price available somewhere. We are not amazon. We are a small startup. Remember Goods once sold won’t be taken back. Buyers will have 3 days after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for return or refund. If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then return/refund will not be applicable.
2. Refund against the order placed during the lockdown period will be initiated after our services gets resumed by deducting the convenience fee 2% of the order + shipping
3. If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done, in case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyers bank account. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
4. We will not issue a refund or compensation after you have paid for the pc and you’re getting a better deal somewhere else.
